  2. 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, cut them in half, and remove all white inner membranes. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  3. 3. Thread the pepper pieces and the meat cubes alternately onto the skewers. Arrange the skewers on slices of red cabbage as you like.
