🍽️ Beef and Pepper Skewers with Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- 600 g Roast beef (or steak meat for quick frying)
- 2 Bell peppers
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 Red cabbage
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized cubes. Season them with salt and pepper and fry them in hot clarified butter on all sides for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, cut them in half, and remove all white inner membranes. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- 3. Thread the pepper pieces and the meat cubes alternately onto the skewers. Arrange the skewers on slices of red cabbage as you like.
