  2. 2. Remove the tomatoes from the water immediately and rinse them with cold water.
  3. 3. Peel the skin off the tomatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the tomato quarters.
  6. 6. Dice the tomato flesh into fine cubes.
  7. 7. Drain the mozzarella.
  8. 8. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic clove.
  10. 10. Mash the garlic finely with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Wash the basil leaves.
  12. 12. Shake the basil leaves dry.
  13. 13. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips.
  14. 14. Mix the tomato cubes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
  15. 15. Whisk the vinegar with the mashed garlic.
  16. 16. Stir the olive oil into the vinegar-garlic mixture.
  17. 17. Season the dressing mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Pour the dressing over the tomato-mozzarella mixture.
  19. 19. Slice the beef fillet into six thin slices.
  20. 20. Press the meat slices slightly flat.
  21. 21. Lightly brush the meat slices with olive oil.
  22. 22. Place the meat on the hot grill.
  23. 23. Grill the meat for about two minutes on one side.
  24. 24. Turn the meat and grill for another two minutes.
  25. 25. Arrange the grilled meat on top of the tomato salad.
  26. 26. Serve the dish with garlic baguette.
