  6. 6. Let the meat simmer on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes.

  8. 8. Let the meat cool down with the lid on.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
  10. 10. Finely chop the garlic.
  11. 11. Grate the ginger finely.
