🍽️ Tender Beef in Creamy Sesame-Soy Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g beef fillet
- 500 ml beef broth
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 40 g sesame (4 tbsp)
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
- 1. Pat the beef dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Add the broth and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce to a pot.
- 3. Bring the liquid to a brief boil.
- 4. Let the broth cool down slightly.
- 5. Place the meat in the liquid so that it is completely covered.
- 6. Let the meat simmer on low to medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 8. Let the meat cool down with the lid on.
- 9. Peel the garlic and the ginger.
- 10. Finely chop the garlic.
- 11. Grate the ginger finely.
- 12. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 13. Fry the ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
- 14. Deglaze the pan with 75 milliliters of the cooking liquid.
- 15. Season the sauce with the remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice.
- 16. Let the sauce cool down.
- 17. Wash the chives.
- 18. Shake the chives dry.
- 19. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 20. Remove the meat from the broth.
- 21. Pat the meat dry again.
- 22. Slice the meat.
- 23. Arrange the meat slices on a plate.
- 24. Mix the chives into the sauce shortly before serving.
- 25. Drizzle the beef with the sesame sauce.
