🍽️ Colorful Wok Fun with Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 600 g beef (e.g. hip)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 250 g celeriac
- 2 cm ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 handful Thai basil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- 6. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips as well.
- 7. Peel the celery.
- 8. Cut the celery into thin strips.
- 9. Peel the ginger and garlic.
- 10. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- 11. Pour the oil into a hot wok.
- 12. Briefly sauté the prepared vegetables and spices.
- 13. Add the meat to the wok.
- 14. Fry the meat for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 15. Add the remaining vegetables to the wok.
- 16. Cook everything for another 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.
- 17. Season the dish with oyster sauce and chili sauce.
- 18. Rinse the Thai basil briefly.
- 19. Shake the basil dry.
- 20. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips.
- 21. Fold the basil strips into the finished dish at the very end.
- 22. Serve the dish.
- 23. Serve with rice if you like.
