  4. 4. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  5. 5. Halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips as well.
  7. 7. Peel the celery.
  8. 8. Cut the celery into thin strips.
  9. 9. Peel the ginger and garlic.
  10. 10. Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
  11. 11. Pour the oil into a hot wok.
  12. 12. Briefly sauté the prepared vegetables and spices.
  13. 13. Add the meat to the wok.
  14. 14. Fry the meat for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring constantly.
  15. 15. Add the remaining vegetables to the wok.
  16. 16. Cook everything for another 2 to 3 minutes while stirring.
  17. 17. Season the dish with oyster sauce and chili sauce.
  18. 18. Rinse the Thai basil briefly.
