Ingredients
- 400 g green beans
- 350 g beef (steak meat for quick frying)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 50 ml beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 dried chili pepper
- 1 tbsp sliced almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Slice the beef into very thin strips. Mix the oil with the soy sauce and pour it over the meat. Let the ingredients marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2. Wash the beans and trim the ends. Cook them for about 10 minutes in heavily salted water. Drain them, immediately shock them with ice-cold water to keep them crisp, and let them drain well.
- 3. Fry the meat in the hot oil in the wok over high heat, stirring constantly, together with the chili peppers for 1 minute. Pour in the broth, add the beans, and heat everything for another 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the almonds just before serving.
