🍽️ Quick Beef and Vegetable Wok

Ingredients
- 500 g lean beef (for quick frying)
- 100 g carrots
- 60 g celery
- 60 g broccoli
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece ginger (approx. 1,5 cm)
- oil (for frying)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
- 2. Place the beef strips in a shallow dish.
- 3. Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 4. Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well.
- 5. Cover the dish and let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Peel the carrots.
- 7. Cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
- 8. Clean the celery.
- 9. Wash the celery thoroughly.
- 10. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
- 11. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- 12. Wash the chili pepper.
- 13. Remove the ends of the chili pepper.
- 14. Seed the chili pepper.
- 15. Remove all white inner membranes from the chili pepper.
- 16. Cut the chili pepper into thin strips.
- 17. Peel the garlic.
- 18. Peel the ginger.
- 19. Finely chop the garlic.
- 20. Finely chop the ginger.
- 21. Heat plenty of oil in a pan.
- 22. Fry the marinated meat in batches for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 23. Remove the meat from the pan.
- 24. Drain the meat on kitchen paper.
- 25. Clean the pan with a piece of kitchen paper.
- 26. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the clean pan.
- 27. Sauté the garlic and ginger briefly.
