  2. 2. Peel the garlic clove and press it directly into the cream mixture.
  3. 3. Season the dip with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. 4. Transfer the finished sauce into four small jars.
  5. 5. Sprinkle some chili powder over the surface of each jar.
  6. 6. Rinse the beef fillet under running water.
  7. 7. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Cut the beef fillet into thin strips.
  9. 9. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
  10. 10. Halve the bell peppers lengthwise.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell peppers.
  12. 12. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips as well.
  13. 13. Peel the onion.
  14. 14. Halve the onion.
  15. 15. Cut the onion halves into thin strips.
  16. 16. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.
  17. 17. Fry the onions, beef, and pepper strips vigorously over high heat.
  18. 18. Reduce the heat to medium and cook the ingredients for another five minutes.
  19. 19. Season the dish generously with salt and black pepper.
  20. 20. Add cumin and ground coriander.
  21. 21. Heat the tortillas in a second pan without adding extra oil.
  22. 22. Keep the heat at medium level and warm the tortillas only briefly.
  23. 23. Top the warm tortillas with the meat and vegetable mixture.
  24. 24. Serve the fajitas together with the prepared chili dip.
