  3. 3. Mix the beef strips with the fish sauce.
  4. 4. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the bell pepper and the chili pepper under running water.
  6. 6. Dry the vegetables with a cloth.
  7. 7. Remove the core from the bell pepper and the chili.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  9. 9. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Wash the celery and remove the tough fibers.
  11. 11. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
  12. 12. Peel the onions and the garlic.
  13. 13. Halve the onions and cut them into thin strips.
  14. 14. Finely chop the garlic.
  15. 15. Wash the broccoli and let it drain well.
  16. 16. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  17. 17. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  18. 18. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan.
  19. 19. Sear the meat on high heat.
  20. 20. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  21. 21. Sauté the onions, garlic, chili, ginger, and peanuts in the remaining oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
