🍽️ Spicy Beef Strips with Peanuts and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 300 g beef (e.g. sirloin)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (maybe a bit more)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 5 g ginger (1 piece)
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 30 g peanuts
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 100 ml coconut milk

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 3. Mix the beef strips with the fish sauce.
- 4. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- 5. Wash the bell pepper and the chili pepper under running water.
- 6. Dry the vegetables with a cloth.
- 7. Remove the core from the bell pepper and the chili.
- 8. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 9. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 10. Wash the celery and remove the tough fibers.
- 11. Slice the celery into thin rounds.
- 12. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 13. Halve the onions and cut them into thin strips.
- 14. Finely chop the garlic.
- 15. Wash the broccoli and let it drain well.
- 16. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 17. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- 18. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan.
- 19. Sear the meat on high heat.
- 20. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 21. Sauté the onions, garlic, chili, ginger, and peanuts in the remaining oil for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 22. Add all the vegetables and mushrooms to the pan gradually.
- 23. Fry the vegetables while stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes.
- 24. Stir the curry paste well into the vegetables.
- 25. Deglaze the pan with a little water and the coconut milk.
- 26. Return the seared meat to the pan.
- 27. Let the dish simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
- 28. Season the dish to taste with fish sauce and pepper.
