  1. 1. Take the butter and stir the finely chopped herbs into it vigorously with a fork.
  2. 2. Season the butter mixture with a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  3. 3. Place a piece of cling film on your work surface and put the seasoned butter in the center.
  4. 4. Roll the film tightly around the butter to form a compact, cylindrical log.
  5. 5. Seal the ends of the film well so that nothing can escape.
  6. 6. Place the butter log in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to let it firm up.
  7. 7. Heat a frying pan and add some butter until it foams.
  8. 8. Place the beef steaks into the hot pan.
  9. 9. Fry the steaks for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
  10. 10. Salt and pepper the steaks to taste while they are frying.
  11. 11. Remove the cooked steaks from the pan.
  12. 12. Wrap the steaks briefly in aluminum foil to let them rest and finish cooking.
  13. 13. Cut thick slices from the cold herb butter.
  14. 14. Place the steaks on the plates and put one slice of herb butter on top of each.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish with a few leaves of radicchio and thin slices of zucchini.
