🍽️ Juicy Beef Steaks on Crispy Toast Bread

Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread
- 4 thin slices beef steak (approx. 80 g each)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 mushrooms (e.g. shiitake or button mushrooms)
- 0.5 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut each one in half.
- 2. Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms of any dirt. Peel the onion, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it into wedges. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
- 4. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in hot olive oil. Then add the garlic and tomatoes and cook everything together for a short time.
- 5. Fry the meat in hot clarified butter for about 2 minutes on each side. Season it with salt and pepper afterwards.
- 6. Place the fried steaks on two of the toast slices. Distribute the vegetables on top, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
