  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut each one in half.
  2. 2. Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy.
  3. 3. Clean the mushrooms of any dirt. Peel the onion, cut it in half lengthwise, and slice it into wedges. Peel the garlic and slice it thinly.
  4. 4. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in hot olive oil. Then add the garlic and tomatoes and cook everything together for a short time.
  5. 5. Fry the meat in hot clarified butter for about 2 minutes on each side. Season it with salt and pepper afterwards.
  6. 6. Place the fried steaks on two of the toast slices. Distribute the vegetables on top, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices.
