Ingredients
- 1 dried chili pepper (crushed in a mortar)
- 1 T-Bone steak
- salt (pepper)
- 1 very finely chopped garlic clove
- vinegar
- olive oil
- 2 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the steak under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Brush the steak thinly with some oil.
- 4. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 5. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 6. Place the steak on the hot grill.
- 7. Grill the steak firmly on both sides until it has a brown crust.
- 8. Mix olive oil, chopped garlic, and rosemary (optionally with chili) into a marinade.
- 9. Brush the steak repeatedly with this marinade while grilling.
- 10. Reduce the heat after the surface is sealed.
- 11. Continue grilling the steak until it reaches your desired doneness.
- 12. Spend about 3 to 5 minutes per side for the finishing.
