  1. 1. Prepare the french fries in the oven according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Wash the parsley and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Mix the chopped parsley with the herbs, pink peppercorns, and one tablespoon of oil in a small bowl.
  4. 4. Wash the meat and pat it dry with kitchen paper.
  5. 5. Brush the steaks all over generously with the herb-oil mixture.
  6. 6. Heat butter and vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the steaks in batches, searing each side for about four minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the steaks from the pan and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  9. 9. Let the wrapped steaks rest for three minutes.
  10. 10. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in the same pan.
  11. 11. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings.
  12. 12. Fry the onion rings until golden brown on all sides.
  13. 13. Wash the radicchio and separate the leaves into individual pieces.
  14. 14. Line a salad bowl with the radicchio leaves.
  15. 15. Trim and wash the spring onions.
  16. 16. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  17. 17. Mix the spring onion rings with the corn.
  18. 18. Halve the bell pepper and remove the core.
  19. 19. Wash the bell pepper halves and dice them finely.
  20. 20. Set aside the diced bell pepper and whisk vinegar, salt, oil, and pepper to make a marinade.
  21. 21. Add the diced bell pepper and the corn-onion mixture to the radicchio in the bowl.
  22. 22. Toss the ingredients in the salad bowl gently.
  23. 23. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix everything well.
  24. 24. Remove the steaks from the aluminum foil.
  25. 25. Garnish the steaks with the fried onion rings.
  26. 26. Serve the steaks together with the french fries and the salad.
