  12. 12. Slice the mushrooms.
  13. 13. Wash the spring onions.
  14. 14. Trim the ends.
  15. 15. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 cm long at an angle.
  16. 16. Peel the ginger.
  17. 17. Grate the ginger finely.
  18. 18. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok.
  19. 19. Fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
  20. 20. Toss the vegetables frequently while frying.
