🍽️ Quick Beef with Mushrooms and Noodles

Ingredients
- 400 g Mie noodles
- 500 g beef fillet
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 g shiitake mushrooms
- 4 spring onions
- 10 g ginger
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- lemon pepper
- light soy sauce
Instructions
- 1. Place the noodles in a bowl.
- 2. Pour boiling water over them.
- 3. Let them soak for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Drain the water.
- 5. Rinse the meat.
- 6. Pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Cut the meat into strips.
- 8. Wash the bell pepper.
- 9. Remove the core.
- 10. Cut the bell pepper into strips as well.
- 11. Clean the mushrooms.
- 12. Slice the mushrooms.
- 13. Wash the spring onions.
- 14. Trim the ends.
- 15. Cut the spring onions into pieces about 3 cm long at an angle.
- 16. Peel the ginger.
- 17. Grate the ginger finely.
- 18. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok.
- 19. Fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
- 20. Toss the vegetables frequently while frying.
- 21. Remove the vegetables from the wok.
- 22. Heat the remaining oil in the wok.
- 23. Add the meat.
- 24. Fry the meat well on all sides.
- 25. Add the fried vegetables back in.
- 26. Add the noodles.
- 27. Gently fold everything together.
- 28. Mix the ingredients well.
- 29. Season with salt.
- 30. Season with lemon pepper.
- 31. Season with soy sauce.
- 32. Divide the dish onto plates.
- 33. Serve it.
