  5. 5. Let the meat marinate in the refrigerator.
  6. 6. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
  8. 8. Wash the bell peppers.
  9. 9. Pat the bell peppers dry.
  10. 10. Slice the bell peppers into strips.
  11. 11. Halve the chili peppers.
  12. 12. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  13. 13. Cut the chili peppers into small pieces.
  14. 14. Heat a large non-stick frying pan.
  15. 15. Add the oil to the hot pan.
  16. 16. Brown the meat on all sides over high heat.
  17. 17. Remove the meat from the pan immediately.
  18. 18. Sauté the peppers in the same pan.
