🍝 Tender Beef Strips with Noodles

Ingredients
- 250 g beef tenderloin
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g herb butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest (from an untreated lemon)
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pat the beef fillet dry with a kitchen towel and cut it into thin strips. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Fry the meat in it over high heat, stirring constantly, until browned all over.
- 2. Stir the herb butter into the meat. Remove the pan from the heat and let the meat rest briefly under a lid.
- 3. Season the dish with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and coarsely ground pepper from a mill. Mix everything with the cooked noodles.
