🍽️ Tender Beef Fillet Strips with Wok Vegetables

Ingredients
- 200 g Beef Fillet (2 thin slices)
- Soysauce
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- Salt
- 200 g Napa Cabbage (6 leaves)
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Fennel
- 100 g Broccoli
- 0.5 tsp Curry
- 1 cm Ginger (freshly grated)
- 0.5 tsp Coriander (ground)
- 200 ml Vegetable Broth
- 6 tbsp Bean Sprouts
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into thin strips and mix them with a little soy sauce and pepper. Let the mixture marinate for about 30 minutes. Clean the vegetables, cut them into thin strips, and divide the broccoli into small florets.
- 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a pan, briefly sauté the vegetables, season to taste, and pour in vegetable broth. Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the bean sprouts. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, briefly fry the meat, and season with salt.
- 3. Place the vegetables on a plate and arrange the meat strips on top. Serve the dish with basmati rice and lamb's lettuce.
