🍽️ Juicy Beef Fillet Skewers with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g beef fillet
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- 0.5 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp rosemary powder
- 1 handful thyme
- 3 yellow bell peppers
- 2 zucchini
Instructions
- 1. Remove all sinews from the beef fillet.
- 2. Cut the meat into cubes of equal size.
- 3. Mix the sunflower oil with paprika powder and rosemary powder in a bowl.
- 4. Add the meat cubes to the oil mixture and toss them until well coated.
- 5. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
- 6. Set aside a few fresh thyme sprigs to use for garnishing later.
- 7. Strip the leaves from the remaining thyme stems.
- 8. Set the thyme leaves aside.
- 9. Add the thyme leaves to the marinated meat cubes and mix everything well.
- 10. Let the meat marinate for about 1 hour.
- 11. Wash the bell pepper and remove the inside.
- 12. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
- 13. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
- 14. Slice the rest of the zucchini into rounds.
- 15. Take the meat out of the marinade and let it drain briefly.
- 16. Thread alternating cubes of meat and vegetables onto the wooden skewers.
- 17. Heat a grill pan without fat or preheat the grill.
- 18. Grill the skewers on all sides for a total of 8 to 10 minutes.
