  1. 1. Remove all sinews from the beef fillet.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into cubes of equal size.
  3. 3. Mix the sunflower oil with paprika powder and rosemary powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the meat cubes to the oil mixture and toss them until well coated.
  5. 5. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  6. 6. Set aside a few fresh thyme sprigs to use for garnishing later.
  7. 7. Strip the leaves from the remaining thyme stems.
  8. 8. Set the thyme leaves aside.
  9. 9. Add the thyme leaves to the marinated meat cubes and mix everything well.
  10. 10. Let the meat marinate for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Wash the bell pepper and remove the inside.
  12. 12. Cut the bell pepper into cubes.
  13. 13. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  14. 14. Slice the rest of the zucchini into rounds.
  15. 15. Take the meat out of the marinade and let it drain briefly.
  16. 16. Thread alternating cubes of meat and vegetables onto the wooden skewers.
  17. 17. Heat a grill pan without fat or preheat the grill.
  18. 18. Grill the skewers on all sides for a total of 8 to 10 minutes.
