  1. 1. Peel the shallots and dice them into very small cubes.
  2. 2. Mix the walnuts with the coconut flakes and grind the mixture finely.
  3. 3. Wash the meat, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Heat the ghee in a pot and sear the meat on all sides over high heat.
  5. 5. Add the diced shallots to the meat and sauté them briefly.
  6. 6. Add the ground nut-coconut mixture and sauté it briefly as well.
  7. 7. Sprinkle turmeric over it, add the curry paste, and deglaze everything with the broth.
  8. 8. Pour in the coconut milk and the juice, and stir everything well.
  9. 9. Let the curry simmer covered on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  10. 10. Season the curry to taste with salt at the end.
  11. 11. Serve the curry garnished with fresh chilies if desired.
