🍽️ Grilled beef roast with fresh pepper

Ingredients
- 1 small beef roast of 900g (e.g. roast beef, loin or hip)
- 1 tbsp sharp Dijon mustard
- 4 fresh pepper sprigs
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Coat the beef roast all over with mustard.
- 2. Place fresh peppercorns, herb sprigs, and bay leaves on the meat.
- 3. Tie the meat securely with kitchen twine.
- 4. Preheat your grill to high heat.
- 5. Place the meat on the hot grill.
- 6. Grill the meat for ten minutes on each side.
- 7. Turn the meat once during the grilling process.
- 8. Remove the meat from the grill when it is browned on the outside and still rare inside.
- 9. Place the meat on a plate.
- 10. Let the meat rest for five minutes before slicing.
- 11. Slice the meat.
- 12. Bake foil-wrapped potatoes in the hot embers of the grill.
- 13. Serve the meat slices with the foil potatoes.
