🍽️ Quick Beef and Vegetable Stir-fry

Ingredients
- 250 g beef
- 300 g celeriac
- 1 onion
- 1 unwaxed lemon
- peppercorns
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt (pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
- 2. Peel the celery and remove the tough fibers.
- 3. Cut the celery into small batons.
- 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 5. Slice the lemon into thin rounds as well.
- 6. Place the onion slices, lemon slices, peppercorns, and a quarter liter of water into a pot.
- 7. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 8. Add the celery batons to the boiling water and cook them briefly (blanch).
- 9. Heat some oil in a large frying pan.
- 10. Fry the beef while stirring constantly.
- 11. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
- 12. Halve the bell pepper and wash it thoroughly.
- 13. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 14. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 15. Add the blanched celery batons, garlic slices, and bell pepper cubes to the beef in the pan.
- 16. Fry everything together for a few minutes.
- 17. Wash the parsley and dry it.
- 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 19. Sprinkle the parsley over the finished dish.
- 20. Finally, season the stir-fry to taste with salt and pepper.
