  2. 2. Peel the celery and remove the tough fibers.
  3. 3. Cut the celery into small batons.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  5. 5. Slice the lemon into thin rounds as well.
  6. 6. Place the onion slices, lemon slices, peppercorns, and a quarter liter of water into a pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  8. 8. Add the celery batons to the boiling water and cook them briefly (blanch).
  9. 9. Heat some oil in a large frying pan.
  10. 10. Fry the beef while stirring constantly.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic and slice it into thin pieces.
  12. 12. Halve the bell pepper and wash it thoroughly.
  13. 13. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper.
  14. 14. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  15. 15. Add the blanched celery batons, garlic slices, and bell pepper cubes to the beef in the pan.
  16. 16. Fry everything together for a few minutes.
  17. 17. Wash the parsley and dry it.
  18. 18. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
  19. 19. Sprinkle the parsley over the finished dish.
