  2. 2. Thoroughly dry the meat with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Press the steaks slightly flat.
  4. 4. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Fry the steaks in the hot oil briefly on both sides.
  7. 7. Reduce the heat of the pan.
  8. 8. Let the steaks cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Check if the meat is still pink inside.
  10. 10. Rinse the fresh herbs under cold water.
  11. 11. Shake the herbs dry.
  12. 12. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
  13. 13. Heat butter and sliced almonds in a separate pan.
  14. 14. Fry the sliced almonds until slightly brown.
  15. 15. Add the herb leaves to the pan.
  16. 16. Let the herbs wilt.
  17. 17. Wait until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
  18. 18. Season the herb mixture with salt, lemon juice, and pepper.
  19. 19. Plate the finished steaks.
  20. 20. Place the herb mixture over the meat.
  21. 21. Serve the dish immediately.
