🥤 Prawns with Spicy Cocktail Dip

Ingredients
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 20 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Horseradish (jar)
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Chive rings
- 600 g Cooked shrimp (ready to cook)
Instructions
- 1. Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, tomato paste, and horseradish in a bowl until the sauce is smooth.
- 2. Add some vegetable broth powder to the sauce and stir it in.
- 3. Season the sauce to taste with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- 4. Sprinkle the finished sauce with finely chopped chives.
- 5. Serve the prawns together with the cocktail dip sauce.
