  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them roughly.
  4. 4. Wash the parsley, shake off excess water, and chop it roughly as well.
  5. 5. Place the chopped garlic and parsley into a mortar and crush them into a paste.
  6. 6. Place the shrimp in a bowl and mix them thoroughly with the garlic-parsley paste.
  7. 7. Rinse the lemon under hot water and dry it thoroughly.
  8. 8. Slice the lemon into 24 thin slices.
  9. 9. Spread 1 kilogram of salt evenly across a baking sheet.
  10. 10. Arrange the lemon slices evenly over the salt.
  11. 11. Place one shrimp on top of each lemon slice.
  12. 12. Cover the shrimp and lemons completely with the remaining salt.
  13. 13. Place the tray in the oven and bake the shrimp for about 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the tray from the oven.
  15. 15. Carefully loosen the shrimp from the hard salt crust.
  16. 16. Serve the shrimp on small plates that you have pre-warmed.
  17. 17. Serve with white bread on the side.
