  5. 5. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  6. 6. Remove the core and seeds from the pepper.
  7. 7. Rinse the pepper halves.
  8. 8. Dice the pepper into fine cubes.
  9. 9. Cut the gherkin into small cubes.
  10. 10. Cut the turkey breast slices into small cubes.
  11. 11. Wash the chives.
  12. 12. Wash the basil.
  13. 13. Shake the herbs dry.
  14. 14. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  15. 15. Cut the basil into fine strips.
  16. 16. Place the drained ricotta into a bowl.
