🍽️ Homemade Rhubarb Lemonade

Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb
- 150 g sugar
- mineral water (to top up)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the leaves and cut the stalks into small pieces.
- 3. Put the sugar and 200 milliliters of water into a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Add the rhubarb pieces to the hot syrup.
- 7. Cook the rhubarb for 10 to 15 minutes until it is soft.
- 8. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 9. Place a clean cloth into a sieve.
- 10. Pour the rhubarb mixture through the cloth.
- 11. Squeeze the juice firmly out of the cloth.
- 12. Fill the juice into clean bottles.
- 13. Seal the bottles tightly.
- 14. Store the lemonade in the refrigerator.
- 15. Dilute the lemonade with mineral water when serving.
- 16. Enjoy the fresh spritzer.
