  1. 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the leaves and cut the stalks into small pieces.
  3. 3. Put the sugar and 200 milliliters of water into a pot.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. 5. Let the syrup simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the rhubarb pieces to the hot syrup.
  7. 7. Cook the rhubarb for 10 to 15 minutes until it is soft.
  8. 8. Let the mixture cool down completely.
  9. 9. Place a clean cloth into a sieve.
  10. 10. Pour the rhubarb mixture through the cloth.
  11. 11. Squeeze the juice firmly out of the cloth.
  12. 12. Fill the juice into clean bottles.
  13. 13. Seal the bottles tightly.
  14. 14. Store the lemonade in the refrigerator.
  15. 15. Dilute the lemonade with mineral water when serving.
  16. 16. Enjoy the fresh spritzer.
