  1. 1. Peel the rhubarb.
  2. 2. Cut off the hard ends.
  3. 3. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
  4. 4. Sauté the rhubarb pieces in white wine for a few minutes until soft.
  5. 5. Finely chop the orange flesh.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped orange flesh with half of the jam sugar.
  7. 7. Stir the sugar-orange mixture into the rhubarb.
  8. 8. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
  9. 9. Puree the hot mixture until smooth.
  10. 10. Add the remaining jam sugar.
  11. 11. Boil the jam vigorously for 10 seconds.
  12. 12. Stir in the orange liqueur.
  13. 13. Fill the hot jam immediately into the prepared jars.
  14. 14. Seal the jars tightly.
