🍽️ Fruity Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
- 750 g peeled rhubarb
- 250 g orange pulp
- 0.125 l white wine
- 50 ml orange liqueur
- 1 kg jam sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the rhubarb.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.
- 4. Sauté the rhubarb pieces in white wine for a few minutes until soft.
- 5. Finely chop the orange flesh.
- 6. Mix the chopped orange flesh with half of the jam sugar.
- 7. Stir the sugar-orange mixture into the rhubarb.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring.
- 9. Puree the hot mixture until smooth.
- 10. Add the remaining jam sugar.
- 11. Boil the jam vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 12. Stir in the orange liqueur.
- 13. Fill the hot jam immediately into the prepared jars.
- 14. Seal the jars tightly.
