🍽️ Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 orange (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the leaves and tough ends.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into pieces about 1 cm in size.
- 4. Place the rhubarb pieces into a pot.
- 5. Slice the vanilla pod in half lengthwise.
- 6. Add the vanilla pod, sugar, and orange juice to the rhubarb.
- 7. Heat the mixture while stirring until it boils.
- 8. Let the jam simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- 9. Stir occasionally during this time.
- 10. Remove the vanilla pod from the jam.
- 11. Fill the hot jam immediately into prepared jars.
- 12. Seal the jars tightly.
- 13. Allow the jam to cool down completely.
