  1. 1. Peel the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces.
  2. 2. Place the rhubarb pieces and 100 milliliters of apple juice into a small pot.
  3. 3. Cover the pot and simmer the rhubarb on low heat for 10 minutes until soft.
  4. 4. Allow the rhubarb mixture to cool down.
  5. 5. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the core.
  6. 6. Roughly chop the apple quarters and drizzle them with lemon juice.
  7. 7. Peel the banana and slice it.
  8. 8. Arrange the apple pieces, banana slices, cherries, and raspberries on a flat plate.
  9. 9. Place the plate in the freezer and freeze the fruits for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the frozen fruits, the cooled rhubarb mixture (including the juice), honey, ice cubes, and the remaining apple juice to a blender.
  11. 11. Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  12. 12. Pour the rhubarb drink into glasses.
  13. 13. Skewer a cherry on a cocktail pick and use it to garnish the drink.
