🍰 Crunchy Rhubarb and Berry Crumble

Ingredients
- 500 g rhubarb
- 200 g raspberries
- 3 tbsp sugar
- lemon (juice)
- 125 g brown sugar
- 150 g rolled oats
- 60 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the rhubarb under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough outer skin from the rhubarb.
- 3. Cut the rhubarb into pieces approximately 3 centimeters in size.
- 4. Lightly grease a baking dish with some fat.
- 5. Place the rhubarb pieces and the raspberries into the prepared dish.
- 6. Sprinkle the fruit evenly with sugar.
- 7. Drizzle the fruit with some lemon juice.
- 8. Put the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon into a bowl.
- 9. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 10. Add the melted butter to the bowl.
- 11. Knead the mixture with your fingers until small crumbs form.
- 12. Spread the crumbs evenly over the fruit in the dish.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 14. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 15. Bake the dessert for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 16. Remove the dessert when the surface is golden brown.
- 17. Serve the crumble best while still warm.
