🍽️ Creamy Radish and Chive Salad

Ingredients
- 4 bulbs Black Radish (600–800 g)
- Salt
- 100 g Yogurt
- 100 g Sour cream
- 1 Lemon (Juice)
- 2 tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 handful Chives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the radish using a vegetable peeler.
- 2. Grate the peeled radish coarsely.
- 3. Sprinkle the grated radish with salt.
- 4. Let the radish sit for about 15 minutes to mellow its flavor.
- 5. Whisk the yogurt and sour cream together in a bowl.
- 6. Add the lemon juice and oil to the yogurt mixture.
- 7. Season the dressing to taste with salt.
- 8. Wash the chives under running water.
- 9. Shake the chives dry.
- 10. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 11. Pat the radish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 12. Mix the radish with the dressing and the chive rings.
- 13. Taste the salad one last time and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 14. Serve the salad immediately.
