Ingredients
- 400 g radish
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 0.5 tsp chili paste
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the radish completely.
- 2. Shred the radish into very thin slices.
- 3. Sprinkle the slices with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Let the radish sit for a short time to release the water.
- 5. Pat the radish dry with kitchen paper.
- 6. Whisk vinegar, oil, and chili paste together in a bowl.
- 7. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Gently fold the dry radish into the marinade.
- 9. Garnish the salad with fresh coriander greens.
- 10. Serve the salad immediately.
