  3. 3. Slice the radishes and the daikon radish into paper-thin rounds using a sharp knife.

  5. 5. Use a zester to peel long, thin strips from the green skin of the cucumber.
  6. 6. Arrange the thin daikon and radish slices overlapping each other, like roof tiles, on a serving platter.
