Ingredients
- 100 g Salad (e.g. lamb's lettuce)
- 0.5 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 0.25 Bell pepper
- 0.2 Salad cucumber
- 0.5 Ball Mozzarella
- 3 tsp Basil pesto
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Whole wheat tortilla flatbreads
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the salad leaves under running water.
- 2. Spin the washed salad dry, for example in a salad spinner.
- 3. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
- 4. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 5. Wash the tomato, the bell pepper, and the cucumber.
- 6. Remove the tough ribs and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 7. Cut the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 9. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
- 10. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 11. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
- 12. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 13. Roughly chop the pesto if it is very firm.
- 14. Season the entire vegetable and cheese mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 15. Season the mixture additionally with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Place the filled tortilla wraps on a plate.
- 17. Enjoy the wrap immediately fresh or pack it for on-the-go.
