  6. 6. Segment the oranges to remove the skin and membranes from the fruit flesh.
  7. 7. Cut the orange segments into tiny pieces.
  8. 8. Catch the released orange juice in a bowl.
  9. 9. Mix the cranberries, diced apples, spring onions, and orange pieces with the sugar.
  10. 10. Fill the mixture into clean preserving jars.
  11. 11. Leave the jars in a cool place.
  12. 12. Let the relish infuse for at least 24 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
