  1. 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly from dirt and impurities.
  2. 2. Peel the shallots and chop them into very small pieces.
  3. 3. Put all ingredients for the marinade together with 400 milliliters of water into a pot.
  4. 4. Bring the liquid in the pot to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the mushrooms briefly into the boiling liquid.
  6. 6. Let the mushrooms simmer in the liquid for about 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Distribute the chopped shallots evenly onto the jars.
  8. 8. Pour the mushrooms together with the hot marinade over the shallots into the jars.
  9. 9. Make sure that the mushrooms are completely covered by the liquid.
  10. 10. Seal the jars tightly and airtight.
  11. 11. Let the jars cool down completely.
  12. 12. Let the mushrooms marinate for 2 to 3 days.
  13. 13. Take out the jars and serve the marinated mushrooms.
