Ingredients
- 60 g grapes
- 100 g celery
- 1 bunch chives
- 150 g whipping cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 200 g cooked rice (from the day before)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the grapes.
- 3. Wash the celery.
- 4. Cut the celery into small pieces.
- 5. Wash the chives.
- 6. Chop the chives finely.
- 7. Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice.
- 8. Season the sauce with salt.
- 9. Season the sauce with curry powder.
- 10. Mix the sauce with the rice.
- 11. Fold in the grapes, celery, and chives into the rice.
- 12. Let the salad rest for about 10 minutes.
