  2. 2. Cook the orzo noodles in it until al dente (firm to the bite).
  3. 3. Rinse the shrimp briefly under cold water.
  4. 4. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Finely grate the lemon peel.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic.
  8. 8. Finely chop the garlic.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  10. 10. Sauté the garlic briefly in the hot oil.
  11. 11. Add the shrimp to the pan.
  12. 12. Fry the shrimp for one to two minutes.
  13. 13. Drain the noodles.
  14. 14. Fold the drained noodles into the shrimp.
  15. 15. Add a little pasta cooking water if the mixture seems too dry.
  16. 16. Add the parsley.
