  10. 10. Immediately rinse the spinach with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  11. 11. Squeeze the spinach firmly to remove excess water.
  12. 12. Chop the spinach roughly.
  13. 13. Wash the coriander plant.
  14. 14. Shake the coriander dry.
  15. 15. Chop the coriander leaves finely.
  16. 16. Wash the spring onions.
  17. 17. Remove the dry tips and roots of the spring onions.
  18. 18. Slice the spring onions diagonally.
  19. 19. Peel the ginger.
  20. 20. Peel the garlic cloves.
  21. 21. Cut the ginger into small sticks.
  22. 22. Chop the garlic finely.
  23. 23. Wash the chili pepper.
  24. 24. Remove the stem of the chili pepper.
  25. 25. Chop the chili pepper finely.
  26. 26. Slice the tofu.
  27. 27. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil.
  28. 28. Stir the sesame seeds until they are golden brown.
