  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles in a pot of water until they are al dente. Follow the instructions on the package exactly.
  2. 2. Rinse the piece of meat briefly under running water. Then pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the beans thoroughly. Cut off the hard ends. Boil them in salted water for about 6 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse the cooked beans immediately with cold water. Let them drain well before using them further.
  5. 5. Peel the onions. Cut them into thin wedges or strips.
  6. 6. Take the can of corn and let the contents drain well.
  7. 7. Heat some oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Fry the onion wedges in it for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
  8. 8. Add the dry meat to the pan. Fry it together with the onions for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
  9. 9. Add the drained beans and corn to the pan. Let everything cook through for 1 to 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with soy sauce and a splash of lemon juice. Mix everything well.
  11. 11. Place the drained rice noodles on the plates. Distribute the meat and vegetable mixture on top and serve immediately.
