🍽️ Wok rice noodles with beef and mixed vegetables

Ingredients
- 350 g rice noodles
- 500 g sliced beef
- 250 g green beans
- salt
- 2 red onions
- 200 g corn kernels (can)
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cook the rice noodles in a pot of water until they are al dente. Follow the instructions on the package exactly.
- 2. Rinse the piece of meat briefly under running water. Then pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Wash the beans thoroughly. Cut off the hard ends. Boil them in salted water for about 6 minutes.
- 4. Rinse the cooked beans immediately with cold water. Let them drain well before using them further.
- 5. Peel the onions. Cut them into thin wedges or strips.
- 6. Take the can of corn and let the contents drain well.
- 7. Heat some oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Fry the onion wedges in it for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 8. Add the dry meat to the pan. Fry it together with the onions for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
- 9. Add the drained beans and corn to the pan. Let everything cook through for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 10. Season the mixture with soy sauce and a splash of lemon juice. Mix everything well.
- 11. Place the drained rice noodles on the plates. Distribute the meat and vegetable mixture on top and serve immediately.
