  7. 7. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into strips.
  8. 8. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into rings.
  9. 9. Cook the rice noodles in plenty of salted water.
  10. 10. Drain the noodles.

  12. 12. Fry the meat until well browned.
