🍽️ Spicy Rice Noodles with Beef and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 g rice noodles
- 500 g beef tenderloin
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 red chili peppers
- 300 g green beans
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- coriander leaves
- lemon balm leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into small strips.
- 2. Season the meat with fish sauce and let it marinate briefly.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the beans and cut them into small pieces.
- 5. Blanch the beans for 3 minutes in boiling salted water (cook briefly in boiling water).
- 6. Drain the beans.
- 7. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into strips.
- 8. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and slice it into rings.
- 9. Cook the rice noodles in plenty of salted water.
- 10. Drain the noodles.
- 11. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 12. Fry the meat until well browned.
- 13. Add the vegetables, garlic, and chili.
- 14. Fry everything over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
- 15. Add the rice noodles and soy sauce.
- 16. Mix everything well.
- 17. Fry the noodles for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 18. Serve the dish garnished with coriander and lemon balm leaves.
