  4. 4. Heat ghee (clarified butter) in a pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the pumpkin and onions in the ghee.
  6. 6. Pour in the broth.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer for about 7 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down briefly.
  9. 9. Stir the cream cheese into the cooled pumpkin mixture.
  10. 10. Add the egg, the cheese, and the rice.
  11. 11. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  12. 12. Distribute the mixture evenly among 4 small ramekins.
  13. 13. Place the ramekins in the preheated oven.
  14. 14. Bake the gratins for about 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Cover the ramekins with aluminum foil if necessary to prevent them from becoming too dark.
  16. 16. Remove the ramekins from the oven.
  17. 17. Place the ramekins on plates.
  18. 18. Serve the dish immediately.
