🍽️ Creamy Rice Flakes Porridge with Avocado

Ingredients
- 25 g rice flakes (2 heaping tbsp)
- 60 g ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp apple juice
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice flakes and 150 milliliters of water into a small pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a brief boil while stirring constantly.
- 3. Let the porridge simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- 6. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
- 7. Weigh out 60 grams of the flesh.
- 8. Dice the avocado into small cubes.
- 9. Stir the avocado cubes and apple juice into the rice porridge.
- 10. Puree the mixture until smooth using a hand blender.
- 11. Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- 12. Check the temperature of the porridge.
- 13. Feed the baby when the porridge is warm enough.
