  2. 2. Bring the mixture to a brief boil while stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Let the porridge simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
  5. 5. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  6. 6. Scoop the flesh out of the skin.
  7. 7. Weigh out 60 grams of the flesh.
  8. 8. Dice the avocado into small cubes.
  9. 9. Stir the avocado cubes and apple juice into the rice porridge.
  10. 10. Puree the mixture until smooth using a hand blender.
  11. 11. Add a little more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
  12. 12. Check the temperature of the porridge.
  13. 13. Feed the baby when the porridge is warm enough.
