  1. 1. Bring the rice drink to a boil in a small pot over high heat. Then stir in the rice flakes and cinnamon and let the mixture swell over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, peel and wash the apple and pear and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place the fruit with 150 milliliters of water and cardamom in a pan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. 3. In the meantime, stir the quark smooth with 3 tablespoons of water and spread it on deep plates. Top with the rice flakes porridge and apple-pear compote, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
