🍳 Rice Flakes Porridge

Ingredients
- 500 ml rice drink (rice milk)
- 100 g rice flakes
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small apple (at 100 g)
- 1 pear
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds (at 5 g)
Instructions
- 1. Bring the rice drink to a boil in a small pot over high heat. Then stir in the rice flakes and cinnamon and let the mixture swell over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, peel and wash the apple and pear and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place the fruit with 150 milliliters of water and cardamom in a pan and simmer over medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- 3. In the meantime, stir the quark smooth with 3 tablespoons of water and spread it on deep plates. Top with the rice flakes porridge and apple-pear compote, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve.
