  2. 2. Remove the seeds and core.
  3. 3. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
  4. 4. Cut the vegetable into small cubes.
  5. 5. Pour 200 milliliters of water into a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the water to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the pepper cubes to the water.
  8. 8. Add the rice.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  10. 10. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
  11. 11. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting.
  12. 12. Cover the pot.
  13. 13. Let the porridge simmer for about 20 minutes.
  14. 14. Squeeze the orange.
  15. 15. Stir the orange juice into the rice.
  16. 16. Add the rapeseed oil.
  17. 17. Mix everything well.
  18. 18. Puree the mixture with a hand blender.
  19. 19. Let the porridge cool down briefly.
