  1. 1. Put the rice into a pot.
  2. 2. Pour about 1 liter of cold salted water over it.
  3. 3. Stir the rice once.
  4. 4. Bring the water to a boil.
  5. 5. Simmer the rice on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. 6. Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.
  7. 7. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
  9. 9. Clean and wash the radishes.
  10. 10. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.
  11. 11. Peel the ginger.
  12. 12. Mince the ginger very finely.
  13. 13. Peel the garlic.
  14. 14. Mince the garlic finely.
  15. 15. Wash the coriander.
  16. 16. Shake the coriander dry.
  17. 17. Pluck the coriander leaves off.
  18. 18. Set aside 2 tablespoons of coriander.
  19. 19. Place the tofu in a bowl.
  20. 20. Season the tofu with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  22. 22. Add the minced ginger.
  23. 23. Add the minced garlic.
  24. 24. Add the Vitam-R Klassik sauce.
  25. 25. Add the fresh coriander.
  26. 26. Add the dried coriander.
  27. 27. Mix everything well.
  28. 28. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
  29. 29. Fry the marinated tofu over medium heat.
  30. 30. Fry the tofu for approx. 6 minutes.
  31. 31. Divide the cooked rice among bowls.
  32. 32. Place the fried tofu on top.
  33. 33. Sprinkle the bowl with sesame seeds.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the bowl with coriander.
  35. 35. Sprinkle the bowl with radishes.
  36. 36. Sprinkle the bowl with spring onion rings.
  37. 37. Garnish the bowl with the remaining coriander.
  38. 38. Serve the bowl.
