  4. 4. Stir curry powder into the cooked rice.
  5. 5. Season the rice with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Melt some butter in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the shrimp in the butter for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.
  9. 9. Thoroughly wash the snow peas.
  10. 10. Remove the tough strings and ends of the snow peas.
  11. 11. Cut the snow peas into strips about 0.5 cm wide.
  12. 12. Blanch the snow peas in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes.
  13. 13. Place the seasoned rice onto the plates.
  14. 14. Top the rice with the fried shrimp and snow peas.
  15. 15. Serve the dish immediately.
