🍽️ Shrimp Rice with Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 150 g small shrimp (kitchen-ready)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 g long-grain rice
- 0.5 tsp curry powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 2. Drizzle some lemon juice over the shrimp.
- 3. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- 4. Stir curry powder into the cooked rice.
- 5. Season the rice with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Melt some butter in a frying pan.
- 7. Fry the shrimp in the butter for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 8. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set them aside.
- 9. Thoroughly wash the snow peas.
- 10. Remove the tough strings and ends of the snow peas.
- 11. Cut the snow peas into strips about 0.5 cm wide.
- 12. Blanch the snow peas in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 13. Place the seasoned rice onto the plates.
- 14. Top the rice with the fried shrimp and snow peas.
- 15. Serve the dish immediately.
