  1. 1. Mix quark, rice, egg yolks, butter, orange zest, sugar, grated white bread, and 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes into a uniform dough.
  2. 2. Shape small balls from the dough.
  3. 3. Cook the balls in lightly boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until done.
  4. 4. Toast half of the remaining coconut flakes in a pan without fat.
  5. 5. Mix the toasted flakes with the remaining unroasted coconut flakes and place the mixture on a plate.
  6. 6. Lift the finished balls out and let them drain briefly.
  7. 7. Roll the balls in the coconut flake mixture until fully covered.
  8. 8. Arrange the balls on plates.
  9. 9. Garnish with slices of mango and papaya, as well as mint leaves.
