🍳 Colorful Oatmeal with Fruit

Ingredients
- 800 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 180 g fine oat flakes
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
- 200 g raspberries
- 75 g blueberries
- 1 plum
- 3 apricots
- 120 g pineapple flesh
- 1 kiwi
- 2 tbsp honey
- 40 g almond butter (2 tbsp)
- 100 g low-fat quark
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk into a pot and heat it up.
- 2. Stir in the oatmeal and cinnamon into the hot milk.
- 3. Let the mixture simmer for two to three minutes over medium heat.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the porridge swell for about five minutes.
- 5. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Rinse the raspberries and blueberries separately under running water.
- 7. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Wash the plum and the apricots.
- 9. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
- 10. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
- 11. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
- 12. Peel the kiwi.
- 13. Cut the kiwi into small pieces as well.
- 14. Add the honey, almond butter, and quark to the finished porridge.
- 15. Stir everything well until it is creamy.
- 16. Spoon the porridge into bowls.
- 17. Arrange the prepared fruits on the porridge according to their colors.
- 18. Enjoy the dish immediately.
