  6. 6. Rinse the raspberries and blueberries separately under running water.
  7. 7. Pat the berries dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Wash the plum and the apricots.
  9. 9. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
  10. 10. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
  11. 11. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
  12. 12. Peel the kiwi.
  13. 13. Cut the kiwi into small pieces as well.
  14. 14. Add the honey, almond butter, and quark to the finished porridge.
  15. 15. Stir everything well until it is creamy.
