  2. 2. Scrape out the vanilla seeds with a knife.
  3. 3. Finely chop the chocolate.
  4. 4. Pour the almond drink and beetroot juice into a pot.
  5. 5. Add the vanilla seeds.
  6. 6. Warm the mixture over medium heat.
  7. 7. Stir in the chopped chocolate and cocoa powder using a whisk.
  8. 8. Remove the pot from the heat once the chocolate has melted.
  9. 9. Warm the oat drink in a small milk jug.
  10. 10. Froth the oat drink.
  11. 11. Pour the hot chocolate into glasses.
  12. 12. Top with the vegan milk foam.
  13. 13. Serve the drink immediately.
