  5. 5. Shake the sage leaves dry to remove excess water.
  6. 6. Carefully pluck the individual leaves from the stems.
  7. 7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add plenty of salt.
  8. 8. Add the ravioli to the boiling salted water.
  9. 9. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  10. 10. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Add the carrot slices to the hot butter.
