🍽️ Creative Ravioli with Tender Carrots

Ingredients
- 500 g Ravioli (with vegetarian filling from the refrigerated section)
- salt
- 1 bunch sage
- 500 g carrots
- 125 g butter
- pepper
- 50 g Parmesan (freshly grated)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the carrots completely.
- 3. Slice the carrots diagonally into thin rounds.
- 4. Wash the sage leaves under cold water.
- 5. Shake the sage leaves dry to remove excess water.
- 6. Carefully pluck the individual leaves from the stems.
- 7. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add plenty of salt.
- 8. Add the ravioli to the boiling salted water.
- 9. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
- 10. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- 11. Add the carrot slices to the hot butter.
- 12. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 13. Steam the carrots for 5 minutes.
- 14. Season the carrots to taste with salt.
- 15. Season the carrots to taste with freshly ground pepper.
- 16. Add the prepared sage leaves to the pan.
- 17. Drain the cooking water from the ravioli.
- 18. Let the ravioli drain for a short moment.
- 19. Gently mix the ravioli with the carrots and butter.
- 20. Preheat the serving plates.
- 21. Plate the ravioli on the warm plates.
- 22. Grind fresh pepper over the dish.
- 23. Sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
